What to do if your Samsung TV has lost access to BBC Mar 08, 2019 iPlayer not working on my Smart TV - Samsung Community Has anyone yet found a solution to the problem of iPlayer not working on a Smart TV? It stopped working on my UE32ES5500 back in June and I've tried everything that the BBC and Samsung have suggested, all to no avail. All other Apps, including ITV Hub and All 4 work fine
But for some reason the Firestick seems to know that it's not really in the UK whereas the Laptop is quite happy. I even have it registered with my Amazon UK account so that shouldn't be an issue Netflix, ITV, Ch4 don't seem to have the issue that the BBC Player does, but I'm not supposed to be watching it anyway so it's no big deal.
